Your billing will be completed in the most accurate and timely manner possible. Our knowledgeable staff can provide technical assistance to your office staff when questions arise regarding covered services. Thorough claims tracking procedures are employed to assure that the highest possible collection level is achieved. Our courteous personnel are available to answer your patients' questions on our toll free telephone lines regarding their monthly statements. At your option, we can receive payments, prepare bank deposits and report collections to you.

Your work would be performed by well trained, supervised and bonded employees. We adhere to a procedure of tight internal controls.

Practice Analysis
Monthly reports are prepared to provide you with practice management information regarding the number of procedures performed. These reports include financial information regarding charges, receipts and contractual adjustments.
For practices with multiple providers or locations, these reports can provide the details of the above information necessary to analyze your practice.
We are available to assist you in reviewing your practice to insure that all procedures performed are being billed under the most current coding guidelines.

Our low fees are based on the complexity and level of service desired. Utilizing our service also reduces the amount of time devoted to unproductive administrative matters. The total cost of our service may well be less than you are currently paying for your in-house billing.
Roxanne L. DuFort, CPC, CPMA, CFPC
Roxanne is a graduate from Baker College of Cadillac. Since her graduation, she has worked in the medical billing field since 1995. She obtained her Certified Professional Coder status in 2005. Her past 18 years of billing for many different specialties all over the state of Michigan gave her a wide variety of billing experiences. As President of Northern Billing Specialists, Roxanne personally oversees the training of staff to ensure timely and accurate claim submission. To further educate Northern Billing's Certified Coders Roxanne founded the Cadillac Chapter of The American Academy of Professional Coders which still remains an active chapter today. Roxanne is also Co-Chair for the Northern Chapter of the MMBA and a proud member of the MMGMA.
